This list is pretty useless. They missed some terrible cars, and some of the years listed don’t make sense. Plus, they don’t even mention engine or transmission combos that are known to be bad.

Exactly
@Nicholas
Seriously, where’s my Bugatti on this list?
Look at the F250 vs. F350 on this list. The only real difference between them is an extra leaf spring and the payload sticker, but they treat them like completely different trucks. This list is a joke. I give it 5 clowns.
@Malachi
If they’re so similar, why is there such a price difference?

The price difference is not that big. My 2021 F250 was less than 2k cheaper than the F350.

Still, even a $1k difference for just a leaf spring seems nuts. You could just install an aftermarket one for way less.
@Sloane
But the payload sticker… you can’t change that aftermarket.

Well, if you know your truck’s basically an F350 now, just go by that rating?

Clearly, you don’t know how payload ratings work.
@Malachi
I thought the payload rating was based on the weakest component? So if you put F350 springs on an F250, wouldn’t that make it the same? Just like if you upgrade an F150 to Raptor suspension or add air bags to a Subaru?
@Sloane
No, changing the suspension doesn’t change the official payload rating. You’re making me laugh over here.

Haha, alright, I’m learning something new. No worries, man.
Thanks for posting this two weeks after I bought a 2018.

I’ve had my ‘18 for 4 years, no issues at all. 2.7 for the win.

Do you ever get a clunky shift from 3rd to 4th gear in stop-and-go traffic?
@Phoebe
I don’t really notice which gears, but I do get a little jerk sometimes. Not always, though.

Good to know. I try not to worry about it, but it’s always on my mind, haha.
@Phoebe
This video fixed it for me: https://youtu.be/6dMDGr3wr_c
