Trying to go full stormtrooper with this one. Tint is already done (getting the windshield tinted this weekend—had a chip happen on the way to the shop). Thinking of blacking out the badges with Plastidip or something. Open to suggestions.

I bought those off Etsy too. Tailgate emblem is holding up fine, but the grille one cracked already—followed the install instructions too. Thinking of trying Plastidip next—probably holds up better against weather and rock chips. Just my two cents.

Yeah, I always do full ceramic tint—15% on sides and rear, 80% on the whole windshield (barely noticeable but makes a huge difference in Florida heat), plus a strip up top.

Not sure what you’re asking—the truck or the tint? Truck came from Kelly Ford in Melbourne, FL. Tint was done by Tint By Tate in Rockledge—other side of the state from Sarasota.

Yeah, they’ve already cut back more since I bought mine. Half the rebates I got are gone now, and the 0% financing on the Platinum is done too.

Loved the Powerboost, no complaints. This is my fourth Ford truck ('05 F150, '13 F150, '21 Powerboost, now this Lightning). Just wanted to go full EV—my neighbors had a Model Y for a while, and I’ve been eyeing the EV life. Plus, my job covers my car payment, and they’re big on EVs, so I could bump up my budget without much pushback.
