That’s a hybrid, not the Energi. It’s not a plug-in hybrid.

For reference I’m also in Canada, and we bought a 2017 Energi Platinum for 16k CAD. It had 115,000 km on the clock.
@Sasha
Oh, that’s good to know, also seems like a pretty decent deal. When did you get it

From a dealership near Montreal. I would not recommend them though since their after sale is bad. The car itself is solid.

Thank goodness because the Energi has awful trunk space. Worse than any car I’ve ever seen
Get the VIN and run a Carfax on it, cheap way to check its history and if there are any hidden problems, like an accident in the past.

That’s a pretty great idea
@Mia
Use cheapcarfaxreports.com and use the code cheapcarfax you’ll get a $45 carfax for $5 lol

^ The real hero.
Depends a lot on your situation. I bought a 2018 Energi with about 60k miles and it has been great. The all-electric range isn’t what I was hoping for, but I still am getting well over 100 mpg.
If your daily commute is less than about 20 miles a day then you can really take advantage of the plug-in aspect and use very little gas. If you are driving much more than that it makes more sense to get the Hybrid version. Also, trunk space in the Energi is pretty much nonexistent, which was fine for me as I only use it to drive to work and my wife has an Expedition if we need to haul anything.
Miles on this one seem high, but from what I have read they are very reliable even into the higher miles, but expect battery capacity to be less than new.
@Josephine
My daily commute is about 17 miles. I’m looking at this partly for all the safety tech features of it as the traffic I get into can be pretty rough. I’ll keep in mind the comment regarding the battery life. Thank you for the info
@Mia
As far as I know the Energi doesn’t have any safety or tech features that can’t be had on other versions of the Fusion. But with your 17-mile daily driving, as long as you can plug in at night, I would definitely consider the Energi.
@Mia
You’ll save lots of fuel, it has the features you’d like, and they are reliable.
@Josephine
I wouldn’t say trunk space is non-existent. You can still fit a full cart of groceries in there or a medium stroller. I also regularly carry a foldable wagon and beach chairs and it’s big enough for that. It’s not gonna fit everything you would ever need, but rarely do I need more space.
That’s a Fusion Hybrid bro

You’re right, the ad said it was the Energi, I’m too dumb to figure out how to edit it at work right now
At that mileage I would question the battery life. Brand new these things are amazing and a sure thing, had one as a loner from the dealer and managed to average about 4.6 litres/100 kms combined Hwy/city while I had it
