If it’s still in the tank, you’re probably fine. From my experience as a mechanic, the coolant level can drop below ‘MIN’ when the engine is hot and rise back to normal when it cools down. This happens because of thermal expansion and pressure changes in the cooling system. If the engine was hot when you noticed this, it’s probably okay. If not, it’s still not dangerously low, but you might want to add some just to be safe.

Yes, you’re under the ‘MIN’ line. You should use Ford’s specific coolant. Don’t go for the green one—Ford has its own formula. Just visit your local auto parts shop and grab the right type.
Check to make sure the coolant isn’t mixing with your oil. I had this issue with my 2019 Ford Fusion. Turned out there was a design flaw, and my coolant was mixing with the oil. I had to get the entire block replaced.
