If they made one with a manual, crank windows, diesel, and a basic transfer case, I’d lose my mind.
You might want a Jeep then.

Not a fan of all the rubber duck decals though.
@FordFusion
I also find it to be the smaller the chick, the larger the truck
But then again where I live, literally everyone has a truck, and I mean literally… so stereotypes for trucks don’t fit very well

Actually, the US is the one that dislikes smaller vehicles. The EPA makes it hard for smaller trucks here.

That’s because the big automakers lobbied for it, since they profit more from large vehicles.
The smaller the truck, the higher the mpg it needs. That’s why we barely see any small, two-door trucks with short beds here.
Stop buying their overpriced stuff. Then maybe they’ll start selling us the cheaper trucks.
It’s not Ford hating US customers; it’s US customers not supporting Ford’s smaller models. These models thrive in Europe where small trucks are more common.

Same reason the Hilux was pulled from the US—there just wasn’t enough interest. In Europe, they sell well, so that’s where they stayed.
@Enzo
Not sure if the Hilux was ever here; I remember the Toyota Truck, T100, and Tundra.

It was sold as the Hilux until ‘76, then just as Toyota Pickup until the ‘90s before Tacoma and Tundra.
Blame the average consumer. We didn’t buy enough of these trucks, so Ford didn’t sell them here.
In Europe, people buy pickups because they need them. Here, a lot of people just buy them for daily driving.

Bigger trucks get lenient emissions standards. That’s why we don’t see single-cab short beds here.
Single cabs look cool, but they’re not practical for most buyers here in the US who need the space for family, work, or both.
It’s the government, not Ford. Make sure you vote accordingly.
Why don’t they just offer them?
I’d love this! I think Chevy has an S10 like this overseas too.
Excited to see what the overseas folks do with these!
This truck looks perfect for daily driving.
