True, but they’ll look kind of bad without the caps. These caps don’t usually pop off easily, though. This person got lucky.

Definitely lucky. Hopefully they know they’ll need a 19.5 or 21.5 socket to get those off.

Get the fluorescent ones—they’re great.
This looks like the usual problem where the metal cap swells and pops off. You’ll need new wheel nuts to fix it.
If you want it to look fresh, just buy new lug nuts.
Ford lug nuts have these stamped metal caps that often fail like this. Just get non-Ford chrome ones to replace all 16.
