In the past I’ve heard that it was advisable to wait until the last week of a month to buy since Dealers are trying to hit some month-end numbers.
And that December was the best month of the year to buy because year-end numbers are even more important.
Do you think that is still true? OR are there some other times during the year that sales override this logic?
Hey AudreyHarper! Waiting until the last week of the month or December can still be good strategies, as dealers might be more willing to negotiate to meet sales quotas. However, sales events like Black Friday and end-of-season clearance sales can also offer great deals. It ultimately depends on the specific dealership and market conditions, so it’s worth keeping an eye out for promotions throughout the year.

It’s wise to monitor promotions throughout the year for optimal savings.
You can find good deals at other times of the year, in the month of July, but often find good better deals and discounts in the month of February and the month of August as retailers make room for the new season’s offerings.
