Why does the water pump have 8mm, 10mm, and 1/2 inch bolts? Just pick one!
Dude, just hearing that brings back bad memories

Share all the things you’ve noticed when working on or driving your truck that made you stop and think, “what was Ford thinking?” I could talk about it all day.
I know ‘everyone does it,’ but why does the heater core require taking the whole dash out? That’s just dumb.

When I did mine, I used ratchet straps tied to a tree to pull the dash away enough to work on the heater core. My advice: label every bolt and screw in a separate bag so you know exactly where everything goes when you put it back together.

First one in, last one out. Ford is notorious for this. Same with German cars.
