I’ve been eyeing the Ford Maverick and am curious about what people think. How’s it performing in terms of reliability, comfort, and overall value? Any personal experiences or thoughts on this ride would be awesome!

I have no regrets at all. The wiring cable broke, and we didn’t have it for almost two months because the part was back ordered. But the truck is still great. We love the mpgs we get. Yes, some parts inside are easy to scratch, and we’re very careful with it since it’s our first brand-new car, but hey, it’s supposed to be used! We love the color of the truck and how the bed can be used in different ways.

I’m happy with my nearly optionless XL. It’s a cheap, efficient truck. I knew what I was getting and it delivered.
Is it perfect? Not really, you’ll know it’s cheap; but it feels right for the price (except the control stalks).
If you want luxury, get something else. You can dress a maverick up all you want, but it’ll still be missing the little details, like better sound insulation and smoother feeling controls, that make luxury vehicles feel luxurious.
