Hi, my radio as shown in the video is not working. I pressed all the buttons, but nothing happens. I checked the fuses and they’re fine. What should I do
I solved this issue three days ago. I bought the box of the radio from behind, but that wasn’t the problem. Then I just bought the keyboard in the front, and it worked. On this model, it’s common for the keyboard to fail. I got a used one, and it works perfectly.
@Patricia
I have a 2012 model. The middle button works, but it only switches to the time. Do you have a picture of that box and know where I can buy it?
@Patricia
Thanks for the info. I’m happy to hear it’s an easy fix.
@Patricia
Wow, I had no idea about this .
box* sorry for the typo. The radio has two parts: the box inside and the keyboard on the front. In your case, you should change the keyboard. I had the same symptoms: it wouldn’t turn on and sometimes just blinked the LEDs. This video can help you open your radio and remove the keyboard: https://youtu.be/u8_yd3AYU5A?si=bBDFvxgwqOlE-4_- The part you need is here: 2013 Ford Fiesta 8A6T18K811BD Stereo Radio Control Panel for sale online | eBay This forum post also helped me with resolving the issue: https://www.thisforum.com/r/FordFiesta/s/Hgl4oR8RFR
Hi! This might be an issue with the module. You may need to replace the whole module behind the dash or consider buying an aftermarket head unit, which I recommend. I faced this problem when I bought my 2013 Ford Fiesta four years ago, but I had the chance to trade it in for another vehicle. Hope this helps
@Julian
Thank you
Mine has started acting up. It turns off by itself and occasionally turns on by itself but mostly stays on. None of the controls work, and there are no lights on the control buttons. Is this the same issue? It’s so frustrating only having the same radio station at the same volume all the time. Please advise. Thank you.
@Brown
Yes, mine had the same problem.

Thank you. I thought it was completely broken. Good to know it’s a cheap fix!
I don’t know much, but I would guess it’s the switch behind the button or the box running the software that has given up. Start with the button, as it’ll likely be cheaper to fix.
