Finally got myself a 2017 GT! After three years with a 2014 ST-3 that blew up on me twice, I’m hoping this one is a keeper.
It’s got around 30k miles, comes with the Custom Pack, Shaker Pro, and a Ford OEM spoiler. Already took it on a 200-mile drive and loved every second! Surprisingly, it was more fuel-efficient than my old ST (got around 31 MPG, which is crazy for a V8). Granted, most of that drive was with cruise control, so I’m sure that won’t last long
Any tips on maintenance, mods, or what to look out for with these cars? I’d love to hear your experiences!
Nice choice! The 2017 GTs are built to last. Might be good to add an oil separator and always use synthetic oil. Maybe change the transmission fluid if the last owner didn’t do it. And if you’re looking for more power, think about a dealer-installed supercharger!
Best front end for the S550 if you ask me, right after the GT500! Not a fan of the ’18 triangles by the fogs or those fake vents under the headlights though.
