Is the 2015 Fusion Hybrid SE a good deal?

This is not a great deal. You should send me the seller’s details so I can take it off their hands. Honestly, $7,200 for a 57k-mile Hybrid? That’s a lot to pay .

I just got a 2013 Hybrid SE for $12k with 88k miles and thought that was a great deal. It’s super clean and I’ve already added some nice features, like a $5k JL Audio stereo system.

I bought the 2020 model and it’s been fantastic. I’d rate it 9.5/10 overall. It’s saved my life a few times .

I had the same experience with my 2020 Fusion. I crashed it into a telephone pole at over 130 mph, and somehow I’m here to talk about it.

@Norah
You probably shouldn’t do that again. I’ve heard that kind of crash can really damage the car.

Good horsepower, sleek design inside and out. Overall, a lovely car. It’s a shame Ford cancelled this line; it’s just too good and reliable for them to make money from.

I agree. It’s frustrating how many American carmakers focus only on trucks and SUVs now, leaving cars behind.

@Gianna
The Mustang, Camaro, and Challenger are still cars. We just don’t see as many these days.

I’ve had my 2014 Hybrid SE for a while now. It had 121,000 miles when I got it, and now it’s up to 195,000. No problems so far, and it’s been three years.

I’d say go for it. Hybrids tend to last long. I got a newer Escape Hybrid myself.

I love my 2015 SE, but it’s the EcoBoost 2.0. Knock on wood, it’s been pretty reliable, and it’s almost at 130k miles now. I plan to hand it down to my daughter in a couple of years when she starts driving.

In Virginia, one with those miles would cost at least $10k, even for that year.

I hope you’re signing the title transfer as we speak.

We’ve agreed on the terms, and I’ll finalize it when she’s back in town.

I’ve always wanted to live in Alaska. I like Fusions too, but I was distracted by the backgrounds in your photos.

Ha, life in Alaska isn’t as glamorous as it seems. Short summers, long winters. I’d swap places with you anytime .

You should look into upgrading to Sync 3—it’ll make your car feel like a 2024 model.

Doesn’t that cost over a grand and take a lot of work to go from a 4-inch to an 8-inch screen? I didn’t look into it much, but it seemed like a lot.

@Max
I did it for $400 with parts from a junkyard. I’ve been using it for years, and it saved me from needing a new car for 4-5 more years.
