This is the lowest I’ve dared to go so far. What’s your story?
This picture just screams stress.
Hit 0 miles and 0 power once. Had to push it about 30 feet to a charger. Not fun.

It’s happened a few times now, but I’ve learned that turning it off and back on can sometimes get me a bit of juice. Rural Kansas life with an EV is always interesting, but no tow trucks yet!

Man, pushing a truck that far? I’d be rethinking my life choices.

So when it completely dies like that, does it recover fine once you plug it in?

Not always. One of our fleet trucks got drained completely, and after that, it never charged past 122 miles. Total headache.
9% is my personal limit. Anything lower, and I start panicking.
I made it home with 0% showing, about 4 km away. Probably should’ve turned off the heat sooner, but it was -5°C, and I couldn’t bring myself to do it.

Respect. That’s cutting it way too close for me.
No way I could handle that. I’d be sweating bullets the whole time.
I’ve hit under 5% a few times, and it’s wild how quickly power drops below 10%. Every time you look down, the range shrinks. Now I plan trips to stop at 15%. Anything lower is just asking for trouble.
First day with my truck: drove 150 miles from the dealership to home, starting at 88% and ending at 17%. Spent the next two days under 10% while setting up my home charger. Talk about jumping straight into it.
@Jonah
Did that make you regret the purchase at all?

Not really. It cured my range anxiety pretty quickly. Now that I’ve got a proper adapter, I feel unstoppable.
Got down to 0% once. Stranded between Bakersfield and Las Vegas. Our tow company couldn’t even figure out where we were, despite giving them the mile marker. It was a nightmare.
In this cold weather, I feel like I lose 2% just pulling out of the driveway. My lowest was 21%, though—I’m not brave enough to push it further.

What model are you driving? My 2024 barely drops in cold weather.
@Brook
It’s a 2023 XLT. Maybe it’s just my driving style?
Haven’t gone below 20% yet. Not trying to add unnecessary stress to my life.
