2016 Ford Fusion 1.5L
Topped off fluids just over a month ago, now it’s almost completely gone.
Check the reservoirs first, they can crack. Don’t jump to conclusions before inspecting.

Had the same issue. A guy from my church helped me fix it cheaply.

My fiancée fixed hers on her Focus by herself. Bought a reservoir on eBay for $15, cap included.
@Kit
Hoping that’s the issue. I’ll check eBay for a new reservoir, thanks .

Refill the reservoir with coolant to see if it takes more than the volume it should. Run the engine and feel the bottom of the reservoir. If it’s wet near the hose connection, it’s cracked.
@Kit
If you don’t see any leaks, check for white smoke or a sweet smell from the tailpipe during cold starts. Your 2016 model should have around 60k miles by now. Any warranty?
@Evelyn
This is mine now
It depends. If you can, pressure test it. Otherwise, just fill it and run the engine, keep an eye out for any leaks.

I’ve never seen any leaks in the garage or driveway, but I’ll try your suggestion.
@Winter
That’s rough
Do you see any white smoke from your tailpipe?

Any puddles under the car or any sweet smells?

No puddles at home or work, and no sweet smells either. The car’s running fine, and it hasn’t been overheating.
@Winter
It won’t overheat until the problem is serious. Engine temperature is not a good sign for coolant issues before it’s too late.
It’s just a bit thirsty
If you want to be sure, you’ll need a bore scope. Pull the plugs and check the cylinder and piston. If they’re clean, that’s a sign of coolant intrusion, and at worst, a head gasket swap will buy you time.
