How is it? Please be honest.
Add a little pillow to for the fur baby
I love you and your dog.
I did something similar for my dog, though there wasn’t as much space behind the seats. I removed the passenger seat and built her a platform instead. Your setup looks fantastic! I should definitely put in more effort for mine.
I have the seldom rider. They just sit in the jump seat.
Allow me to stealing this idea
That looks awesome!
Good job! You did it
This is the way. This is awesome
I swear the 98-99 models had more space in the back. I experienced the same with my 98. My 2011 doesn’t seem to have as much room.
Locating a sliding back window isn’t usually difficult; just visit your local salvage yard, where they typically charge around $40 for one.
In terms of tools, you mainly need a long, slightly flexible razor blade and some effort to remove it.
You can find a product similar to “window weld” at Home Depot for about $18 per tube.
I’ve replaced several back windows on pickup trucks I’ve owned, and it usually took me about two hours.
Does the platform have support? Can you share a picture of the bottom? I was actually considering doing something similar just yesterday.
I’m offering a complete 1999 Ranger Supercab XLT with a rear slider for sale. It has cracked heads or a faulty head gasket and a few other typical issues for an older truck. However, it’s rust-free and has a decent interior. Priced at $600 in East TN. It does run and drive but tends to overheat.
You are a Genius and awesome!
