Anyone know how to fix entertainment unavailable on 2016 Ford Fusion Titanium?

Had this issue too—it was a bad ACM for me.

Weird, my speakers seem to work fine when I play voicemails, just not music.

Mine did that too—it was hit or miss. Sometimes it worked, but then it’d stop. These cars have a lot of electrical quirks. Try finding someone with the right Ford tools to run a diagnostic.

@Lewis
Thanks, I’ll see if I can find someone to check it out.

Unplug the battery and reconnect it—it worked for me.

Tried that a few times, no luck.

Damn, if that didn’t work, you might be out of luck.

Did you check the fuses? Maybe there’s one for the audio system.

Where would I look for that?

No idea, maybe under the steering column?

The speakers seem to work when I reset the system, though.

You might save money and just upgrade to Sync 3 instead.
