Anyone else have their delivery stuck at a rail yard with no updates?

My truck was scheduled for delivery between 2/26 and 3/4. The last tracking update was on 2/26, and it doesn’t even say what that update was. I’m assuming that’s when it arrived at the rail yard.

Since then, I’ve talked to Ford chat, my dealership, and the Market Center — no one can give me a straight answer. I’ve been told the truck arrived at a rail yard in my state and was picked up from the ramp, but it’s still pending an updated delivery window.

Does that mean it’s just waiting for a car hauler or what? Anyone else deal with something like this? It’s really frustrating to be left in the dark.

I’m in a similar boat. Mine shipped on February 19 and was supposed to be delivered between 2/24 and 3/2, but it got changed to 3/4–3/10. Last update I have is from 2/28 and nothing since.

That sucks. At least you’re getting an updated window. Mine still shows 2/26 to 3/4. The Market Center is supposed to reach out to my dealer to figure it out.

Happens all the time. Could be any number of issues.

I just wish someone would tell me what’s happening. It seems like no one knows why it’s just sitting there or who to even ask. I get that it’s a complicated process, but you’d think they’d have better tracking.

Does it matter why?

Ford is probably waiting to see what happens with the tariff situation so they know if they should charge you more.

I haven’t followed the tariff stuff closely, but I thought they were canceled for vehicles? Mine is already in the U.S., and I figured once it’s across the border that wouldn’t apply, but who knows.
