I drove the truck in the rain and it started showing these error messages. The truck still drives and sounds normal, but it smells strongly of gas when I get out. This has happened before.

The car has problems with both of its catalytic converters (P0420 and P0430 codes). You need to replace them. It also has a problem with the fuel tank’s vapor system (P0457 code). This is probably caused by a faulty purge valve, but you need to do a specific test to be sure where the leak is coming from.

You should fix the P0457 code because it might indicate a rusted area in the fuel system. The other codes aren’t important unless you need to pass an emissions inspection.
A strong gas smell combined with error messages after driving in the rain definitely points to a potential fuel system issue.
