I am in the market for either 2024 Flash or Lariat.

I live in PA and looking for best deal.

Military, Law Enforcement, X-Plan and Costco.

2018 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E for trade in (paid off).

I am looking for a recommendation.

-phone as a key
-sunroof
-leather like seats that are ventilated (not actual leather in all 24s)
-power rear window
-power folding mirrors
-heated rear seats

For me, the flash was a better value

You can literally just go to ford.com and “compare models” and see a line by line breakdown of the differences.

Why is nobody mentioning seat memory on the Flash / Lariat differences? Fell in love with the seat memory on my wife’s CR-V, given our height difference I’ll never buy another vehicle that we’ll both be driving without it.

Leather seats, moon roof, rear window, PaaK are the only major features that I cared about. Didn’t think they were worth the extra money. Went with a Flash.

Main thing I wanted was the 9.6 Pro Power Onboard and got that on the Flash.

Have seen a video or two where folks swap out the cloth seats on the flash for leather ones. Iirc the one guy is using an eBay seller that has OEM ford leather seats. I’m thinking of buying the flash and just upgrading it. Save a lot.

My buddy just did this on his 2023 XLT lighting, I think he said he paid $350 for the OEM leather, and it took him a Sat. to get everything swapped. It looks great.

I’d go check them out in person. I’m not a huge fan of the leather used in the Lariat, but to each their own.

Also, they’re heated and ventilated. Cloth seats in the Flash are just heated.
