Is this something normal? I have an FM transmitter, and even after 3 hours of the car being off, locked, and alarm set, it still connects via Bluetooth when I step outside, which tells me it’s still getting power. Could this be draining my battery? Is this a problem?
Yeah, it’s always on, and it can drain your battery if left like that for too long.

Any way to stop it?

Just unplug it when you’re done using the car.

Not too worried about the transmitter… it’s my dash cam that I’m planning to set up that has me concerned.

If you hardwire it to the fuse box, it’ll turn off when the car does. But if you’re using the 12v socket, it’s going to stay powered. Some cars have a plug in the back seat that cuts off when the car shuts down; maybe check that?

Both my transmitter in the back and the Samsung fast charger up front keep getting power after the car is off…

I’d suggest using an ammeter to find a wire you can splice into. Start with the wiring under the driver’s seat; might be a good place to check.
