Why an Escape over a RAV4 or CRV?

Hi…My wife and I are planning to get a midsize(ish) hybrid SUV in the next few months, and I’ve liked the idea of an Escape because I’ve driven a Ford most of my adult life. My wife, on the other hand, likes that the RAV4 and CRV look more “outdoorsy,” and I can’t disagree with her there. We’re looking at other models too, but those seem to be the three leading contenders.

If the decision comes down to the Escape, RAV4, or CRV, would you pick the Escape? Why? Really open to hearing anything from interior trims to price to driveability.

Have you thought about a Bronco Sport if you are looking for a car that size that is also “outdoorsy” It is modeled after the Escape. The three cars listed are not even close to being “outdoorsy,” in my opinion.

The Escape has a sportier feel compared to the RAV4. It’s recommended to test drive all three vehicles (Escape, RAV4, and CRV) to determine your personal preference.
