What does the wrench light mean in a Mustang? I’ve seen it pop up and I’m curious what it signifies.

It probably means your bank account is in trouble

Honestly, when you own a Ford, you kind of just know when something’s about to break down before it even happens

I can totally see that :joy:

I bet the SN95 GT owners are laughing at this right now

For sure, my 94 GT has 240k miles and it just keeps going strong

Same here, my 98 GT just drove to a donut pit event without any issues, other than some bald tires and a brake light sensor after doing some brakestands

I used to have a 2014 V6, and we all know what FORD stands for, right? Found On Road Dead

I feel like I spend more on my car than I make sometimes. Just last week, I dropped $500 on a new A/C, and this week it’s O2 sensors and a wheel bearing. The week before that, I had to get deep dish Bullitt rims, and then it was in the shop because someone hit it :joy: I can’t catch a break, even after just fixing my brakes

That sounds rough

When the wrench light comes on, it puts the engine in safety mode and limits the RPMs. If that happens, get it towed to a mechanic or somewhere safe if you work on cars yourself
