Shop around. An upfitter quoted me about $500 in labor plus the cost of the window to install a passenger-side window. For a van conversion, you might not need rear side windows. That said, passenger vans come with rear heaters, which can be nice. Cargo vans don’t.

One of my Ford vans has rear heat and AC prep. The lines are already run; you just need to install the rest.

True. My last cargo van had the RV option with windows and rear heat. But the flooring, ceiling, and walls were a pain. It’s easier to add wiring and plumbing to a passenger van.
