It’s actually from this site: License Plate Wrap. It’s approved by the DMV. It’s like a vinyl wrap you stick on, perfect if you don’t want to drill holes.

I’m in NJ and I’ve been risking it without a front plate for almost a year now. So far, no issues but I’m not sure if I should keep rolling the dice.
