I work at a Ford dealership, and most of these trucks are stuck here because of a recall with no fix yet. I’m guessing once the issue is solved, the remaining 2024 models will finally have some good deals.

Nothing yet. Yeah, it’s frustrating.
The dealership where I got my Lariat looks just like this. It’s wild. Most of them already have deposits on them, waiting for the fix. The rest have a waitlist miles long. I panicked and grabbed a Lariat because I thought I’d never get one otherwise. Spent more than I wanted, but I still love it.

Yeah, a lot of them are probably spoken for. My husband got his because someone canceled their order last minute. Had less than 100 miles on it, so he lucked out!

Ford really needs to start using over-the-air software updates so they don’t have to fix each one manually.

One of these is not like the others…
Dealerships near me only stock the LARIAT trims or custom XLTs for 40k. I just wanted a simple truck, not one where I’m scared to mess up the interior. Anyone in Oregon or Cali seeing XLs under 30k?
Those are probably the ones waiting on chips.
