Saying goodbye to my 2013 Ecosport titanium … should I?

This is my Titanium TDCi 1.4 (Diesel) Ecosport. It has over 100,000 km and still runs smoothly like a dream. If you’re thinking about getting an Ecosport, just go for it. It’s a solid deal.

Yeah, definitely a good deal. I recently got a used Trend petrol model. Are you in India?

Yes, but unfortunately, Ford left India. We’re still hoping for them to come back with the Everest and other models.

@Logan
When Ford starts local production in India, I think this will be one of the best cars out there. By the way, I’m also in India.

Right now, they don’t have a clear plan for India. Their Chennai plant is costly but could be useful. They may start production there again and export the cars. I worked there from 2009 to 2014.

100,000 km or 100,000.00 km? Haha, love mine too. It’s at 168,000 km now.

It’s over a hundred thousand. Good for you :grin:. I’m planning a road trip soon, so I’ll probably hit 168k in the next 6 months.

I’m hoping Ford will make a good mini SUV like the Ecosport for the local market again. I’d trade in my Ecosport for that :grin:

Right now, I’m thinking of upgrading to a Hycross.

@Logan
The Hycross is great, but it’s not as good with Forscan.

Tell me some other options for non-hybrid petrol cars.

You got me wrong, Hycross is an awesome car. I have one in the family. But I prefer using Forscan to check the car. Forscan doesn’t support the Hycross. Some good alternatives are the XUV700 and Meridian.

@JessicaRayson
The Meridian isn’t that great. A friend bought it and sold it within 4 months because it had a lot of flaws. Anyway, thanks for the suggestion :slight_smile:

Congrats to the person who posted this. I have a Petrol 1.5L Dragon Engine. Recently, I noticed it’s vibrating at idle. Friends said it might be because of the spark plug. Any advice?

What’s the mileage on it?

@Logan
No engine indicators showing up on the display.

How many kilometers has it run?

It’s done 28k, not much.

The Dragon engines are reliable. You should visit a service center and maybe use an OBD scanner to check for any issues. I haven’t used one on my cars, but they help.

@Logan
Sure, I’ll get that done.
