Is the 2020 Ford Mustang GT Premium worth buying used?

Is a 2020 Ford Mustang GT Premium worth buying used? I found one for sale with the GT Performance Package, and I’m curious if it’s a good deal.

I’ve got a 2021 Carbonized Gray Metallic GT, and honestly, that sounds like a good price to me.

How much was that new, though? Isn’t that pretty close to what they went for brand new?

$37k is what you’d expect to pay for a low-mileage Boss 302 or maybe even an 11/12 GT500. Plus, those cars aren’t going to depreciate as quickly as a regular GT will.

You should check out the Carfax to see how long it’s been on the lot. Sometimes dealers put a high price on a car at first, and if it doesn’t sell, they’ll lower it over time.

Back before the pandemic, these were going for just over $49k before any incentives, but that was when prices were a lot lower. Personally, I’d take a 2020 GT over an 11 GT500 any day.

Yeah, but in 5-7 years, one of those cars will be worth 30%-40% less, while the other will hold its value pretty well.

Man, I used to have the exact same car, same color, trim, everything. I really miss it. You should just go for it! Or hey, if you’re not feeling it, I’ll sell you my ‘13 5.0 and grab this one myself. :eyes:

That ride sounds pretty loaded. If it were me, I’d say go for it.
