How are yall running your rear facing chase lights?

Considering putting them through the spare tire with the AGS off-road hit, but also maybe something coming off the spare tire rack. Looking for some inspiration.

I dig! If I wasn’t planning on having the top off so often, I’d figure something similar out.

In my case, the rack stays on with the top off/down, but yeah if you’re running a hardtop most racks attach to the roof.

Where did you get that rack? I like to drive a lot with my roof off, but then I can carry anything.

Gobi Stealth Soft top.

This is what I need! Got tailgated so bad this morning on the freeway, this would’ve been the answer.

You need rear facing light bar with 5 LP6s for that

This is what I was planning on doing before I found these that go behind the spare, but I’m worried about finding lights that would be small enough

I’ve seen that setup on the trail, pretty cool, but not my cup of tea design-wise. The Bronco I saw it on had all red lights using it as another brake light.

So you will never take the roof off? Or did you have a quick disconnect system?

I never take the roof off, but a quick disconnect would be easy to rig up. The roof rack is enough of a pain to take off that I don’t; and I can’t fit in my garage so I don’t really have the option to leave the roof all the way off for extended periods of time.

Understandable.

I have the Fast Intentions spare tire mount and have them wired to Aux 6. I use a quick disconnect harness for whenever I do my tire rotations.

This is what I’m running from Baja Designs. I have them mounted on the rearmost crossmember on my TrailRax rack.

This sounds interesting, could you post a pic of it to see?

As a higher profile moderator on Reddit, I don’t post pics of my rig anymore just for my personal safety. But, it looks almost exactly like this one a couple of comments above mine.
