I’m looking for the pin numbers and cable colors for the passenger seat occupancy sensor on my 2016 Ford Ranger. The module number is EB3T-14B321-EF. Anyone have a diagram or details?
Did you check the connector under the seat? That’s usually where the sensor wires connect.

Yes, I’ve checked. The connector is there, but I need the specific pinout and wire colors to test it properly.
I had to deal with this on my Ranger too. The brown/violet wire (bn-vt) goes to the occupancy sensor. It should be pin 12 on the larger RCM plug.

Thanks! That’s helpful. I’ll check pin 12 and confirm.
If you’re using FORScan, you can copy the RCM data and flash it to a new module. Just make sure the original data is intact before swapping.

Good to know. I was worried I’d need a factory file. I’ll try copying the data first.
Ford technical can provide diagrams if you need exact wiring. It might take a while, but they’re pretty thorough.

I’m waiting on a diagram from them now. Hoping it clears things up!
Sometimes these issues are just faulty modules. Have you tested the RCM itself?

Not yet, but it’s starting to look like a module problem. I’ll update once I’ve checked.
