I’d grab that deal.
If they can offer 0% or 1.9% financing, it’s worth considering for the savings on payments.
Is your Explorer worth closer to $30k? If you’re not in a rush, a private sale might get you more value.

Actually, it’s valued around $23,500, and they offered me $21,800. I did go through with the deal. In hindsight, I might’ve squeezed another $1k, but with 0% interest, I’m happy. They did tack on $350 in fees that weren’t in the original agreement, plus some hidden finance fees, but at 10 pm I was too tired to push back.
@Edwardgenesis
Glad you got close to trade-in value! Around here, dealers lowball trade-ins hard. Congrats on the new truck!
Biggest savings would come from sticking with what you’ve got and paying it off. That’s the best way to get out of the car payment cycle.
If you want the most for your Explorer, consider selling it privately.
Not to sound harsh, but you know what you can spend and what the MSRP is. Just go with what feels right for you.

I get it. I’m new to Lightnings, so just trying to make sure this is a solid deal. I know my budget, just want to make sure it’s the best value.
