Nope, my house is over 100 years old, and the garage is just too small. Plus, I don’t mind it being outside since I use it regularly.
My main worry is hail. We get golf ball-sized hail here.

I do, but I planned for it. My garage has about 5 feet of extra space on each end.
Keep in mind that 18x20 could be the exterior dimensions. My garage is 22 feet deep outside, but the truck is a snug fit inside.
I have one garage bay where it barely fits. I use sandbags on the floor to stop the tires at the right spot and a pool noodle on the wall as a bumper. I can even open the tailgate with the garage door closed.
@Willa
I’ll definitely bring a laser measuring tool with me to check dimensions!
It’s frustrating that garages aren’t built to fit America’s best-selling vehicle, the F150. When I built my home, I made sure it would fit.
My wife’s Mach-E lives in the garage, and my Lightning stays outside under a deck. We have chargers for both spots.
My new build garage has only a few inches of clearance on each end. I park with the cameras guiding me. It’s a tight fit, but doable. I just have to open the garage door to walk around it.
Technically, my truck would fit, but my garage is a workshop, so it stays outside.
Yes, it fits fine, but I have a 3-wide garage with extra depth on two of the bays.
18x20 is considered a double now? I have a 24x28, and even that feels tight sometimes.
Before I decided on the F150, I made the dealership let me test if it fit. Luckily, it did. Wife’s car goes on the other side, but it’s a tight squeeze for the passenger side.
My home was built in 2020, and the garage is 21’ 6" deep. I have about 2 feet of playroom, but my wife still feels nervous parking it inside.
My garage is a standard 2-car setup, and my truck won’t fit height-wise. I have my charger inside, so I just run the cord under the door.
Built in the 60s. My 2023 XLT barely makes it with mirrors folded. There’s around 5 inches clearance at the garage door, but it fits and I can even open the frunk with the garage door closed.
