Hey everyone,
I’ve only had my leased 2024 Mustang Mach E for about a month, and it’s already in the shop. I got an alert (attached pic) telling me to service my car soon. Took it in on Friday, waited until Monday to hear back, and turns out I need a part (I think it’s a motherboard for one of the computer systems?), and it’s on back order. No estimate on when it will arrive… could be days, could be months.
They did give me a loaner, which helps, but I’m frustrated that I’m paying for a car I can’t even drive while also spending on gas for the loaner.
Has anyone else had this service alert? Did Ford do anything to make up for it?
Would really appreciate any advice. Thanks!
