I updated my FordPass app recently and started using iPhone shortcuts for climate control and locking/unlocking the truck. Now I’m having some issues. Anyone else experiencing problems with the latest update, or do you think the shortcuts are the problem?
I can’t see live charge % or charging status anymore, and I haven’t been able to set a charge limit from the app in months. I’m calling FordPass support tomorrow to try to sort it out.
Have you tried unlinking your devices/accounts from the truck and reconnecting? That fixed my issues when I had them.

I haven’t tried that yet, but I’m planning to do it tomorrow.
I had an issue with the previous version where I couldn’t see the charge ETA. After upgrading to 5.12.0, that problem went away. However, the app crashed on startup yesterday, but after rebooting my phone, it’s been working fine. Maybe Ford’s app updates need a little more testing.
Same here. I’m not using shortcuts, though.
Mine keeps turning departure times on even though I turn it off every time. I’ll try deleting and re-adding to see if that helps.
