2019 Escape - Key Fob Issues and Car Won't Start

I’m having a major problem with my 2019 Ford Escape. A couple of months ago, we got a warning for low key fob battery life, so we replaced the battery, but the warning never went away. We thought it might be a glitch until a few weeks ago when the car locked us out and wouldn’t start. We figured out how to manually start it, and it was fine for a while.

We replaced the key fob batteries again a few days ago, but this morning, even the manual start isn’t working. It’s like the key fob is completely broken, and now I can’t get to work.

What should I do? I’ve tried everything to get the car started or to fix the key fob, but nothing is working. Any advice on what steps to take next would be greatly appreciated!

If your 2019 Ford Escape is locked out, check the key fob for damage, try a spare key, and consult a locksmith or dealership to diagnose and address the issue.
