I recently bought a 2018 Ford Escape Titanium with 50,000 miles on it. Everything was fine for about a month, but then one day it was completely dead—nothing would turn on. I jumped it, and it was fine, but a couple of weeks later, the same thing happened. After jumping it again, I decided to install a new battery, but the next day, the car was dead once more.
It’s now been at the auto shop for almost three weeks, and they still can’t figure out what’s engaging overnight and draining the fully charged battery. I’m seriously at my wit’s end with this issue. I’ve watched countless videos and read numerous stories of similar problems, but I haven’t found a definitive cause.
Has anyone else experienced something like this, or does anyone have any suggestions on what might be causing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
