Radio unresponsive , changed the fuse and a few others just to be safe. Tried the soft reset many times and I just get this sync reset transmitted for a few seconds then back to this same screen.
Not much we can give you. There’s probably some codes setting that would give more insight. Without them, it’s just a guessing game.

Only code it gave was P0430 referring to catalyst system efficiency below threshold.

I believe so, It’s OBD2/EOBD. I think my boss ordered a whole new radio unit. My fear is we will install it and still face this same issue.
We bought the truck used and about 6 months in this happened. We haven’t done any electrical work to it ourselves but the previous owner had a back up camera installed and a loading light on the head rack

Does it allow you to actually self test modules? If so, you would want to self test the APIM and ACM.

This reader does not but one of our guys has one at home so when we get back off the road I’ll be able to get some more info. Thank you for your help
Probably needs an Apim. Recommend updating to 8” sync 3. Www.oemplusupgrades.com
